I am not sure Leonardo enjoyed moving to this next Chateau. It belonged to the King of France. Just down the road from our first Chateau visit …. in fact from Leonardo’s garden you could see the King’s digs.

And Leonardo was only moved here after he passed away so that he could be buried in a small chapel on the property. I think the King was a big fan.

Just a couple of photos before we move on to the next Chateau …. Yes this tour is taking us to 4 Chateaus in one day. Good value but boy you should have seen how fast we drove to make all 4 in one day. I can describe all the ‘hang on tightly points’ in a mini bus if you ever need to know.
